To use, apply a small amount to the tip of a wet and drained toothbrush, and first apply clay to places where dirt tends to accumulate, such as the roots of back teeth and between teeth and gums. You don't need to add too much clay. After applying, brush your teeth normally. Please do not use it with an electric toothbrush as it is unnecessary. Use of interdental brushes is quite important, and rinse your mouth when you're done. Small children do not need to rinse their mouths if they don’t want to. It's a heat dried clay, so it's clean.
