Migraine (2) Clay and Spirituality

I have already written about how I came across clay therapy on my blog, that my husband's migraine was the beginning.

This blog is a continuation of that.

My husband's recovery was much faster when I used the clay that was sent to me after Arikawa Sensei’s consultation. He needed a full night's sleep to get better, but by the evening he was able to heal and came downstairs even for dinner. However, my husband is reluctant to admit it, saying that it wasn't because of Clay, but because it was a mild symptom. This situation continued for about a year.

During that time, clay was very useful for my child's tummy pain and growing pains, and for minor injuries and burns of myself in the kitchen. I studied under Arikawa Sensei, qualified as a therapist from the International Clay Association, and even launched an online clay shop! When I was looking for the clay that the shop sells, I wanted to try it, so instead of using the clay that I always use for my husband's migraines, I tried using a clay with a similar colour but a different molecular structure. Basically, clay works by taking in positively charged substances such as waste matter and heavy metals between layers to detoxify them. I thought they would all work in the same way, albeit to varying degrees. And the clay I wanted to try was theoretically supposed to be more powerful than the one I always use.

However, the moment I saw my husband's face when he came down to the kitchen in the evening, I knew that the clay wasn't working. So I changed to my usual clay, and in about an hour, he recovered and came down for dinner. At this time, not only my husband but also myself knew the mysterious power of clay.

Having said so, although the pain subsides, the frequency of migraine headaches does not change. I knew there was still room for exploration.

On a slightly different note, I have always been very interested in spirituality, and soon after obtaining my Clay Therapist qualification, I began training as an Energy Healer and Spiritual Counsellor. I was taught how to channel, so I used it to select clay for his migraine. Then I decided to use a different clay in the blend. I was looking forward to trying this clay for my husband's migraines (!), and then I had the chance. Of course it's a secret to him to use a different clay.

However, the moment I saw my husband's face when he came down to the kitchen in the evening as usual, I knew that the clay wasn't working. It's like deja vu, so I copy pasted the sentence! What's different is that before I changed clays simply because they were similar in colour, but this time it's the result of channelling. The result of channelling is absolutelly right. Thinking that my interpretation must be wrong, I wondered how to use the clay, such as drinking it, taking a clay bath, applying a clay poultice, etc. I re-channelled in detail. As a result, it was decided that the poultice should be applied to the back of the neck instead of the forehead. As soon as I tried it, it settled down again in about an hour and he came down for dinner. This is also the same as last time.

However, the story after this is different. It's been about a year since then, but my husband hasn't had a migraine so bad that he threw up and ill in bed like he used to. (touch wood). Even if he wakes up in the morning and feel a little headache, just leave it as it is or take a light pain reliever and it will be cured.

Perfect ending! However, I cannot end this blog here. Because it is my husband's own actions that prevent migraine recurrences. This is the real point.

I suddenly noticed that my husband was wearing a long-sleeved sweatshirt when he went to bed. Until then, he wore a thin T-shirt. I asked why, and he said he thought the cause of his migraine might be because his body got cold when he was sleeping and his nose was stuffed up and he had apnoea.

I had been asking him many times over the past 10 years to see a doctor for apanoea, but he had ignored me. I lost a friend of mine to a subarachnoid haemorrhage and he also had sleep apnoea and his wife, who is my best friend said it might be the cause. So I was very worried. And I thought that might be the cause of my husband’s migraines, too. With that kind of foreshadowing story, my husband started wearing one more layer when he went to bed. And since then, he hasn't had a terrible migraine like he used to.

My husband thinks he's cured himself, not clay. I think that's fine. But I did point out the fact that he had a history of migraine headaches for 20 years and did nothing but take painkiller tablets during that time!

After all, illness is not something that someone or something can cure. The only way to cure it is to correct it by changing something in your lifestyle and the way of thinking about things. Clay makes it easier to notice what to do to heal the disease by yourself through inspiration. Therefore, the lifestyle habits that should be changed vary from person to person. It is healing in the truest sense. I became more and more fascinated by clay and spirituality. By the way, according to the channelling, the clay I was using at the beginning was very effective as a pain reliever.

So, I received the recipe of clay for migraine through channelling, but after using it once, I never had a chance to use it again. If you are reading this long blog and want to try it yourself, please take a consultation. Let's try this and that together!
